WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
Double Blessings is named after our twin sons, Michael and Peter. It truly was a ‘blessing’ we have them in our lives. To celebrate, we created two variants of Double Blessings Cabernet Sauvignon, each wine reflecting the unique characteristics of our sons.
Warmer sites of St. Helena and Oakville were selected for this variant of Double Blessings. Aging in 80% new French oak brings a refinement to the robust nature, making it ever more pleasing and approachable. The texture and tension are perfectly aligned, with warm Christmas spice, sweet tannin, and a juicy undertone. Versatile enough to be drunk young, a wine with this softness and opulence is best left to allow the flavors to mature. Aging over the next 15+ years will reward many times over.
