Refund policy

Market Wines is a customer focused business and we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at orders@marketwines.ca.

The following criteria applies in most cases.

Returns of Saleable Product- Products must be returned within 15 days of original purchase. Products will be accepted if they are returned completely sealed, with a pristine label and stored properly. If the item has been shipped outside of Calgary, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Exceptions will be made if an order was incorrect.

Faulty Items: They will be accepted and evaluated to ensure quality control. Please ensure that bottles are 75% full for a refund or exchange.

There is an inherent risk in buying older wines. While we store all of our wines properly, wines may nevertheless be defective. We regret that we cannot accept wines more than seven years old, unless the producer agrees to replace the wine.
