Our Bordeaux Collection
In 1152, with the marriage of Eleanor, Duchess of Aquitaine, and Henry Plantagenet, the future King of England, Bordeaux's future as the most prolific wine region in the world began. From the union, Bordeaux established a monopoly in the production, sale and distribution of wine to Great Britain.
After surving many wars, gaining many new customers (the dutch nost notably) and with increasing demand from england, Bordeaux become known for its bold yet elegant, agable wines that were drunk by kings and nobles alike. Today the bordelaise continue to uphold their reputation as one of the finest wine regions in the world.
To this day Bordeaux still has many undiscovered gems. Our growing collection includes some of these gems and some of the more well known Château.
