Rosier Blanquette Limouxt NV- Limoux, France $24.95
The Rosier family moved from Champagne to Limoux in the South of France in 1982. Since then they
have increased their production and continue to operate their family run winery, which is now in its
second generation. This sparkling wine has aromas of crisp green apple, bright citrus and a light
honey quality. On the palate this wine is bursting with acidity and pairs excellently with shellfish, poultry or on its own!
Librandi Ciro Rose 2023-Calabria, Italy $23.95
This Rosato is made with 100% Gaglioppo [gah-lee-oh-po], a rare Italian grape variety that is related
to Sangiovese. Fermented in stainless steel this wine is ever-so-slightly off-dry with notes of ripe field strawberry, juicy raspberry, and freshly squeezed blood orange juice. Try it with a Salmon souvlaki bowl.
Carrel Vielle Mule Rose NV- Languedoc, France $23.95
Easily labelled, because the emblem for the Catalans is the mule, and old because the vines are old,
but quite simply because the mule's head looks great on the bottles! This rose if comprised of 60% Grenache Noir and 40% Muscat d'Alexandrie. On the nose there are aromas of wild strawberries, fresh melon and preserved lemon. On the palate this is a medium bodied, dry rose which is the perfect aperitif to enjoy with and after a meal!

Made with Grenache Gris and Carignan Blanc in a region known for their dessert style and fortified wine, this fresh white wine is offering something different to the Catalan region in Languedoc-Roussillon, France.
