Regardless of the pairing, use fresh herbs to compliment this Cabernet Franc perfectly!
Tedeschi Corasco 2019- Veneto, Italy $32.95
Corasco is a stunning wine made from Corvina, Raboso and Refosco grown in Aquileia. It is made in a traditional Veronese manner of air drying the grapes just like they do for Amarone. The loss of water in the grape enriches the sugar content leading to a richer, more powerful wine with soft and silky tannins. This perfectly balanced bottle is ideal for everything from sipping after work to a charcuterie plate or with Italian baked meatballs.
Fiuza 3 Castas Reserva 2023- Tejo, Portugal $19.95
This smooth, elegant red is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon with loads of spice, ripe red berry and cherry fruit aromas and a balanced freshness. 3 Castas means 3 grapes, a reference to the number of grapes in the blend in each of the wines in this series.
Jeff Carrel La Bette 2020 - Cotes Catalanes, France $25.95
