Gabriele was born in Canelli, a small town in Piedmont where the first sparkling wine in Italy was created. A big passion and love for beautiful things, good food, and of course good wine led him to undertaking winemaking. He wanted to offer the market the best products that showed off his own independent spirit and vineyards.

For all his wines, selection is the basis of everything and nothing is left to chance. The search for soils with better exposure, the age of the vineyards, low yields, minimization of pesticide treatments, all give rise to wines that are increasingly rich in olfactory and gustatory sensations.
