This red is made from a field blend of about 20 different varieties (approximately 80% red grapes and 20% white), it's light and lively with a lot of freshness, very elegant tannins and a persistent and vibrant aromatic profile that has notes of strawberry, cherry, blood orange, fresh herbs and a wisp of caramel. Serve chilled! Perfect to pair with grilled salmon, pulled pork sandwiches or pasta dishes.
