WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
Double Blessings is named after our twin sons, Michael and Peter. It truly was a ‘blessing’ we have them in our lives. To celebrate, we created two variants of Double Blessings Cabernet Sauvignon, each wine reflecting the unique characteristics of our sons.
Sourced from select sites in Coombsville, and the well-drained soils of Oakville, Maayan Koschitzky, our winemaker, created a wine reminiscent of the restraints of oldworld philosophy. Aging in 70% new French oak lends great acidity to this wellstructured wine. Vibrant with red and black fruit, dignified with dry herbs, the layering and complexity of the wine is best revealed over time. If opened in the next 2 years, let the flavors evolve over 45-60 minutes, or give it 15-25 years for an experience like no other.
