¨The Casa De Mouraz White is a field blend comprised of about 15 indigenous varieties (9 of which are listed on the label), coming from old vines between 40 and 50 years old in the Dao. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for about 12 weeks with controlled temperature, with 8 months on lees with batonnage. The wine is fresh and bright, but does not lack structure.
