The Phillip Adrian Cabernet is named after one of the founding partners of the winery Phillip Adrian Snowden and is produce from only the best grapes from the Riversdale Vineyard. It is only produced in stand-out years and has a very limited release. The wine itself has aromas or intense dark berries and mocha. The palate has earthy notes with hints of cassis. The acidity is vibrant while the tannins are firm but smooth and the wine has a long, and structured finish.

Pair this wine with roasted root vegetables or an aged cheese like gouda.
