This Champagne is a tribute to yesterday. Half of the wine comes from a Solera system which is a blend of several years and the other half comes from previous reserve wines. Think of this as a way of having aged reserve Champagne without the hefty price tag. The seven grapes used in this wine also play a tribute to yesterday as they include varietals that you wouldn’t find in most of today’s Champagnes like Fromenteau, Arbanne, and Petit Meslier. They are blended with todays usual suspects; Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier
