Weisserburgunder is the German word for Pinot Blanc. The fruit for this fresh, dry wine comes from different vineyards in Gau-Köngernheim, Weinheim and Westhofen. The wine is predominantly aged in stainless steel with a tiny portion seeing a bit of neutral oak to help add texture to the wine. The nose and palate are harmonious with notes of apple, pear and mandarin orange.
