Arnaud Lambert’s wines are highly coveted. This independent winemaker’s vineyards are located in the south Saumur, in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg. 2022 is the first vintage for Les Parcelles, which is made with Chenin Blanc that Arnaud sources from like minded friends and neighbours. The wine is vinified in neutral oak barrels to coax out the gorgeous, subtle texture. You’ll find notes of pears, pineapple, ginger, chamomile and honey comb.
