The Marengo winery has deep roots in the Barolo region of Piedmont, and has been owned by Marco Marengo's family for over 5 generations. They initially began as growers with two plots of land in 1899, one in La Morra measuring six hectares, including 1.2 hectares in the renowned "Grand Cru" site of Brunate, and one hectare in the main cru's of Barolo, Bricco Viole. Marco's current philosophy is to maintain great respect for the vineyard, resulting in high-quality grapes.
