Brezza
Four generations of the Brezza family have been crafting noble wines with the fruit from their Barolo vineyards since 1885
The Brezza Collection
Nestled in Barolo and family-owned since 1885, the winery is named after Giacomo Brezza, who first bottled wine with his father Antonio around 1910. Just steps from the town center, it is surrounded by vineyards and includes a family-run restaurant and hotel.
Now in its fourth generation, the winery practices 100% certified organic farming, focusing on single-varietal wines. Careful vineyard management, including green manure and composting, keeps the vines—some over 75 years old—in excellent health.
In the cellar, a hands-off approach governs fermentation and aging, using large Slavonian oak barrels with untoasted staves. Brezza Barolo wines are known for their delicate, ethereal character, showcasing the elegance of Nebbiolo.
