Since its inception Vignalta has pioneered quality through the planting of vines on the side of the highest of the Euganean hills, and by vinifying their fruit with utmost precision. Ode Rosso is made with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere, which was aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The resulting wine is fresh and fruity with a savoury backbone. The perfect pizza wine!
