This Valpolicella has an intense ruby hue, and contains aromas of sour cherry, black currant and subtle notes of prunes which add a freshness to the wine. On the finish there are subtle notes of tobacco and cedar. On the palate its is balanced between earthy and fruit notes and the lively acidity is paired with substantial tannin structure. Pair with any grilled meat like lamb or pork, or an aged cheese like Parmigiano Reggiano!
