This Pinot Noir, also known as Spatburgunder, has a rich juiciness and subtle texture developed from aging in large oak barrels. Its aroma is distinct with notes of cassis, while the palate reveals flavors of savory herbs and cloves.

Not far from the northern tip of Alsace. Pfalz is the second largest growing region in terms of acreage. The region is warm, sunny and fertile.

Stefan Meyer's family has been winemaking for generations. Now, Stefan has taken over the family estate, which was established in 1954 in Germany's Pfalz region. Today, all 16 hectares of their vines are certified organic.
