WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

This crips cava features aromas of fresh citrus, pear and slight white floral notes. On the palate, the fine lees aging adds structure to the sparkling as well as hints of toasted bread and almonds. This cava is beautifully integrated and a refreshing sip. Pair with shellfish or cured meats – embrace the Mediterranean diet!

Located in the heart of the Alt Penedès region, Sogas Mascaro is home to a range of native varietals including Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo which is traditionally used in Cava production. The winery’s aim is to preserve the terroir of the region by using these native varietals, –especially their Xarel·lo vines which were planted over 70 years ago and offer a distinctive, unparalleled quality for their Cava.

In the northeast corner of Spain, Catalonia's Mediterranean climate is shared by only 2% off the globe. The ideal growing conditions here present far fewer challenges in grape growing than other regions in Spain
