WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

A blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, Oseleta, and Croatina, offering a ruby red colour with purple hues, this wine has an elegant, complex bouquet of floral and woody notes, intertwined with berry, eucalyptus, smoky tones, and a touch of balsamic. Soft and well-balanced on the palate, it delivers cherry and raspberry flavors with a hint of vanilla, leading to a dynamic, persistent, and refined finish.

The grapes are carefully selected and then undergo partial drying in a fruttaio (drying room) for 30 days, followed by a 20-day controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20°C. The wine is then aged for three years in French oak barrels, then further refined in stainless steel tanks and bottled for an additional six months before release.

For over 60 years, this family-run business has continuously improved, following a philosophy of growth. Originally purchased by Tiziano's grandmother, the vineyard has been led by females, including daughters Daniela and Veronica, who have dedicated themselves to creating an ambitious project. Today, sisters Veronica and Alice continue this tradition, passionately managing every detail of the family cellar.

The winery is a small jewel of sustainable architecture: completely embedded in the rock, it enjoys unparalleled thermal insulation, perfect for the production of wine with a very low environmental impact. The wine-making room, where our wines come to life and the refinement area where they slowly age for years, are in direct contact with the rock, giving it a natural temperature and constant humidity throughout the year.

Veneto is home to famous regionally labelled wines like Amarone, Prosecco and of course Valpolicella. Veneto is the largest producing region in Italy, thanks mostly to the demand of Prosecco.
