WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Crafted from rigorously selected grape bunches, naturally dried in the fruttaio for over three months, this wine undergoes a month-long, controlled fermentation followed by aging in 30-hl French oak for five years, with additional time in stainless steel and bottle. Deep garnet with brick-orange edges, it reveals complex aromas of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and leather. The full-bodied palate delivers velvety tannins, rich cherry, plum, and dark berry flavors, balanced by baking spices, vanilla, and refreshing acidity. Only 6,000 bottles produced.

For over 60 years, this family-run business has continuously improved, following a philosophy of growth. Originally purchased by Tiziano's grandmother, the vineyard has been led by females, including daughters Daniela and Veronica, who have dedicated themselves to creating an ambitious project. Today, sisters Veronica and Alice continue this tradition, passionately managing every detail of the family cellar.

The winery is a small jewel of sustainable architecture: completely embedded in the rock, it enjoys unparalleled thermal insulation, perfect for the production of wine with a very low environmental impact. The wine-making room, where our wines come to life and the refinement area where they slowly age for years, are in direct contact with the rock, giving it a natural temperature and constant humidity throughout the year.

Veneto is home to famous regionally labelled wines like Amarone, Prosecco and of course Valpolicella. Veneto is the largest producing region in Italy, thanks mostly to the demand of Prosecco.
