Primitivo is the Italian clone of Zinfandel. Made organically and without pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers. This wine is elegant and lithe, with suggestions of black tea, licorice, fresh herbs, red fruit and oak, all wrapped in subtle tannins. A great choice for mushroom burgers or eggplant parmigiana.
