The Mitolo family arrived to Australia in the 1950's from Italy and maintained their viticulturist ancestry initially as gardeners. In 1999 the dreams for a winery took place, with the hopes of demonstrating the best expression wines from the McLaren vale could offer.

McLaren Vale, just south of Adelaide, is a renowned Australian wine region known for its warm climate, coastal breezes and diverse soils. The combination of sunshine, ocean influence and unique terrain produces rich, expressive wines, especially Shiraz, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, with impressive depth and structure.
