WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

The name G.A.M refers to Frank's three children Gemma, Alexander and Marco. The wine, comprised of 100% Shiraz is full bodied and decadent. On the nose there are aromas of red and black cherries and black olive with lingering savoury notes of black pepper and dark chocolate. This is accompanied by full tannins and vibrant acidity that make for a long and lingering finish. Pair this slow- braised short ribs, grilled ribeye or whatever big bold meats you have coming off of the grill!

The Mitolo family arrived to Australia in the 1950's from Italy and maintained their viticulturist ancestry initially as gardeners. In 1999 the dreams for a winery took place, with the hopes of demonstrating the best expression wines from the McLaren vale could offer.

McLaren Valley, in the largest producing wine region of Southern Australia, is known for its diverse soil types with concentrated flavours and strong tannins.
