WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier with aromas of bright citrus, followed by tropical notes of pineapple, apricots and honeysuckle. This crisp white is perfect to pair with spring rolls, summer salads and white meats.

Pierrick Harang is a fifth generation wine maker with a history of family wine merchants and Oenologists rooted in the Languedoc region of France. Pierrick's passion and technical expertise has led him to produce naturally low-alcohol wines (without having to dealcoholize!), therefore maintaining all the character of the wine itself.

These wines have an alcohol percentage sitting at 11 % vol and contain 65 calories per glass (10 cL), which is 20 % less than average. This range has been hailed by Jancis Robinson as "The most successful wines with deliberately reduced alcohol that I have come across."

The Languedoc region spans all the way from the Mediterranean coast to the Rhone Valley. The warm climate produces a wide variety of warm climate wines. Today the Languedoc is one of the fastest growing categories and can be recognized for it's remarkable value.
