Champagne Laherte Frères is a 7th generation family run estate that today, covers today over 11 hectares through the Champagne region. This cuvée is the result of an exercise in patience. First, they wait for the biodynamically farmed grapes, grown on the flint and limestone rich soils of the southern hillside of Epernay and Chavot, to ripen. Then slow alcoholic fermentation in barrels, and aging for 18 months on fine lees in barrels before bottling.
