WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
Sant'Antimo is a blend of equal parts Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, all of which were hand harvested in late September/early October and is vinified in steel tanks with controlled temperature for 15/20 days and aged for 18 months in from Slavonian oak casks and barriques.
