Fattoria la Lecciaia combines a young, dynamic approach to the wine business, while strictly adhering to the ancient traditions of Brunello di Montalcino. Located in Localite Vallafrico and surrounded by the vineyards of some of the most iconic estates of the area, the La Lecciaia is in the centre of the original micro-terroir where the world famous Brunello di Montalcino was first produced. This gorgeous 100% Sangiovese was hand harvested in late September/early October and is vinified in steel tanks with controlled temperature for 15/20 days and aged for a minimum of 36 months in oak barrels.
