WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Bright and refreshing, Janela Vinho Verde pours with a pale straw hue and a gentle effervescence.  The nose opens with fresh lime, green apple, and subtle white flower notes. On the palate, it’s crisp and light-bodied, bursting with citrus, green pear, and a touch of saline zest that keeps everything vibrant. Pair with shrimp tacos with plenty of pico de gallo.

Quinta de S. Sebastião is a historic estate dating back to the 18th century. Revitalized in 2011 under winemaker Filipe Sevinate Pinto, the winery focuses on modern, expressive wines from roughly 35 hectares of vineyards.

Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with strong Atlantic influence and clay-limestone soils, the estate produces fresh, balanced wines using both native (Touriga Nacional, Arinto) and international varieties (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot).

A coastal wine region just north of Lisbon, Lisboa benefits from strong Atlantic influence, bringing cooling breezes and fresh acidity to the wines. Known for its diversity, the region produces everything from crisp whites and aromatic blends to structured reds, often using native grapes like Arinto, Fernão Pires, and Touriga Nacional.

The result: vibrant, food-friendly wines with a balance of ripeness and freshness.
