This is a blend of 55% Macabeo and 45% Parellada, coming from a single estate vineyard situated 6 km outside Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, the highest point of the region. The is a wine that has good structure and is well balanced, with just a touch of sweetness, which works well with the acidity and has a long, clean finish. Notes of citrus, green apple, pear and brioche are abundant.

Finca Can Petit, located in the highest hills of Penedes, offers exceptional value with its sparkling wines. Since 1985, Damia Deas has been leading the winery, overseeing the development of the vineyard and the construction of the winery itself. The name Can Petit, meaning "Small Estate" in Catalan, reflects the intimate and personal nature of this vineyard.

The majority (95%) of the Cava DO is situated in Catalonia, making it the main production region for this type of wine. The heart of the Cava zone is San Sadurni de Noya. Cava typically denotes the style of sparkling wine created using the traditional method under the Spanish guidelines of the Cava DO.
