WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Floral aromas with a touch of white peach and hints of savory. A versatile pairing for many dishes such as slightly spicy Asian cuisine, salty ham, and savory turkey.

Eugène Meyer and his wife Marie Rose took over the estate in 1960. They took great care in renovating the ancient tasting room that housed a 17th century grape press. Their son François took over in 1990 and is a pioneer of biodynamics, following the lunar calendar of viticultural practices.

The region has a unique heritage, having changed hands between the German and the French, many times. The influence of both cultures shows in the bottle. At the base of the Vosges Mountains the regions grapes are slow to ripen providing complexity to the wines.
