WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

This wine piles on the minerality and is balanced with a luxurious mouthfeel. Notes of lemon citrus, subtle tropical fruit notes, double cream brie, and fennel seeds.

Try it with garlic butter shrimp with coconut milk and rice noodles.

Dominique Cornin established his estate in 1993 on a 12-hectare plot of land overlooking the villages of Chaintre, Fuisse, and Chanes in France's Burgundy region. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2003 and are cultivated using biodynamic methods, now under the leadership of Dominique's son Romain. The estate's philosophy remains rooted in allowing each vineyard to fully capture the terroir of its distinct microclimates and soils. The outcome is a range of wines that exude a genuine sense of place, with purity and refinement at their core.

The main growing region of Burgundy spans from Dijon in the north through the Cote de Nuits, Cote de Beaune, Challonaise all the way through to Macconais. Chablis and Beaujolais too.
The primary varieties here are Chardonnay for white and Pinot Noir for red, you can also find Aligote and Gamay for a little variety.
Burgundy is a treasure chest of tiny vineyards with unique soil compositions and exposures that grant tiny plots the best conditions. The best red and white Burgundy rewards with time in The Cellar.
