The Provence wine region is located in South Eastern France. Provence has a rich history with wine and has become famous for its light and crisp pink wines. The wines from Provence are typically pale pink with floral and summer berry characteristics. These wines are most often dry and have medium levels of alcohol, making them fabulous food pairing wines with white meat, seafood, or summer salads.
