WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

This wine is named after a magnificent tiny Romanesque chapel dating from the 12th century, set amongst vineyards where this wine is made. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan create a deep red wine abundant with berry fruit and plum with hints of black pepper and olive.

Try this with Kalamata Tapenade and aged Parmesan Crostini.

The oldest parts of the Chateau date back to the 12th century. The property has been owned by the Durand family since 1870. The Durands and a small group of wine growers helped to found the Pic Saint Loup appellation with an aim to produce quality wine in the region.

Pic Saint Loup is the most famous and northernmost appellation in the Languedoc Roussillon. The vines here have adapted to the summer drought and the wines produced are aromatic and complex.
