WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

¨The Casa De Mouraz White is a field blend comprised of about 15 indigenous varieties (9 of which are listed on the label), coming from old vines between 40 and 50 years old in the Dao. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for about 12 weeks with controlled temperature, with 8 months on lees with batonnage. The wine is fresh and bright, but does not lack structure. Notes of green apple, ripe peach and mandarin are abundant and the finish is long.

Pair this with soft cheeses, green salads or white meat.

Casa De Mouraz, founded in 2000, is a family project focused on sustainable viticulture and production of authentic, natural wines, which respect and express all the richness of their terroir.

In Dao, one of Portugal's oldest wine regions, Touriga Nacional is the leading variety. The wines are gastronomic, meaning they are made to pair with food, delightfully fresh and bright acidity.
