WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

This Sauvignon Blanc is expressive and aromatic, opening with vibrant notes of citrus fruits and fresh lemon peel. Layers of white peach unfold on the nose, lifted by delicate hints of elderflower and orange blossom, with subtle touches of fresh aromatic herbs adding complexity.

On the palate, the wine is lively and dynamic with a bright acidity bringing excellent balance. All leading into a clean, refreshing finish that leaves a lingering impression.

The winery is run by 4 cousins, continuing the legacy of their grandfather Antonio Borga who starting growing grapes in Veneto in 1940. The current generation is passionate about making contemporary wines that align with the modern age while honouring the tradition of the region and their lineage.

The Borga Winery is located in the Veneto region of Italy. More specifically Treviso which is known for its white, rose and most famously prosecco. The influence of the Adriatic Sea and the Dolomite mountains create optimal conditions for viticulture, and wine production in Veneto predates the Romans by several hundred years.
