In pursuit of his passion, Emilio Pita enrolled in oenology studies at the University of Bordeaux shortly after celebrating his 23rd birthday. His expertise was further honed through practical experience in both Australia and the United States. Today, their expansive, organic vineyards encompass 63 acres in the heart of Castile.
