This is a small batch blend of mature bourbons. The end result is a big, sophisticated bourbon whiskey with a bold, substantial palate and a long, delicious finish. Notes of nutmeg and honey are on the nose, followed by flavours of caramel, toffee and cinnamon on the palate lead to a smokey finish.
