This Chardonnay comes from vineyards located in Villa Alegre, 285 km south of Santiago, in Maule Valley. It sees no oak at all and is fresh and balanced with aromas of tropical fruits, which translate beautifully to the palate where they're met with notes of ripe stone fruit. It's a great pairing for appetizers, salads, seafood and poultry.

Gravedad is the Spanish word for gravity.

Due to the size of the Central Valley, it is home to many different soil types and climatic influences. The climate is generally cool and you can find great value in the region due to affordable labour. Some smaller GI's in the area include the Maipo Valley, Maule Valley, Rapel and Curico.
