Pure and bursting with a fine and precise acidity which gives just the right amount of tension and freshness, an expressive and fresh aroma. Goes well with anything from aperitifs to chicken curries, including refined goats cheeses and apple tarts.
Jeff Carrel Thulon Blanc 2023 - Beaujolais, France $31.95
It has a beautiful golden tinge that just tells you the luxury of what your about to drink while the aromas remind you of a hot summers day. Its round, ample and generous which gives the impression of biting directly into the grape with a lovely after-taste of white fruits and hot butter.

Jeff Carrel Les Darons 2022 - Languedoc, France $23.95
A Grenache dominated cuvee blended with 20% Syrah and 5% Carignan. It sports a deep ruby colour to go with juicy, fruit-forward notes of berry fruits, cracked pepper, leafy herbs and wild flowers. Elegant and silky on the palate, with medium-bodied richness and nicely integrated acidity. It's a terrific value and will keep for 4-5 years. Try it with anything that comes off the BBQ!
Jeff Carrel Vielle Mule Rouge 2023 - Languedoc, France $23.95
This old vine Grenache comes from the Cotes Catalanes in France's Languedoc-Roussillon region, where mules are held in very high regard. It's got fruity notes of cherries, strawberries and blackcurrants with plenty of spice, herbs and a touch of toasty vanilla.
Jeff Carrel DSM 2017 - Languedoc, France $31.95
Across 18 hectares of Vineyards with some over 100 years old, these vines were supposed to be ripped out. But with the support of Jeff Carrel and his team, they reinvigorated the vineyards and started producing under the DSM label which translates to "to preserve what has been lost elsewhere." With notes of black fruit and hints of leather and tobacco this wine is perfect to pair with a rich veal stew or braised short ribs.
