WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Upon initial tasting, Eric Chevalier Blanc Magnum greets you with a delicate hint of floral notes, likely influenced by its use of organic, non-yeasted grapes and minimal sulfur. As the floral aromas fade, a delightful saltiness comes through, enticing your taste buds and leaving you wanting more.

Seafood with this wine is a no brainer, imagine yourself on a beach with the salty sea breeze, enjoying this crisp Muscadet with freshly shucked oysters.

Eric and his sister Gaelle farm their family estate in the Loire Valley. The family's land is located near to the Atlantic and near to the Grand Lieu Lake, both contribute to the terroir giving an identity marker of where the wines are born.

Committed to susaintable growing, since 2014 the vines are cultivated without any chemical use. Full conversion to organic farming since 2016.

Located on the France's Atlantic coast. The most recognizable wine of the Loire Valley is regionally labelled Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre. Dont let that overshadow coastal Muscadet Sevre Maine, it's coastal influence makes an idea pairing for seafood. Saumur and Touraine produce vibrant reds from Cabernet Franc as well as white's as bright as a coastal sunrise. Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc are the most planted varietals and can range from sweet to dry or even sparkling. The Loire is a magnificent wine region to explore.
