WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

The Asolo Prosecco Superiore from Dal Bello is one of their top quality offerings. These grapes are harvested from high on the Asolo Hills from the oldest and most prized vines. This prosecco rests on the lees for 90 days. This additional step sets it apart from the other wines in their collection, as it adds another layer of complexity. Flavours of white peach, almonds and honey with a subtle creaminess. Perfect for seafood!

Dal Bello is a family run winery located in the hills of Asolo, in Veneto, Italy. Their winemaking history dates back to the early 1900s with Giuseppe Dal Bello who was the first in the family to start growing grapes. The winery specializes in Prosecco and they have continued to make artisanal wines that have received awards and recognition for decades. They have made a strong commitment to environmentally conscious initiatives which is integral to the quality of their product.

About an hour away from Venice is Asolo. A charming, fortified city in the heart of the Veneto region which is often referred to as the “city of a hundred horizons.” Asolo was awarded DOCG Superiore status in 2009 after gaining recognition for the high quality wines the area produces. The region is characterized by a continental-mediterranean climate and steep hills that create an ideal environment for viticulture.
