WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Clean pale yellow wine with a lasting and subtle sparkle. Aromas of white flowers, pear, and citrus are supported by a mineral undertone. Balanced, velvety, and refreshing on the palate with a lingering savory finish.

Try it with fresh cheeses or sushi.

The winery is run by 4 cousins, continuing the legacy of their grandfather Antonio Borga who starting growing grapes in Veneto in 1940. The current generation is passionate about making contemporary wines that align with the modern age while honouring the tradition of the region and their lineage.

The Borga Winery is located in the Veneto region of Italy. More specifically Treviso which is known for its white, rose and most famously prosecco. The influence of the Adriatic Sea and the Dolomite mountains create optimal conditions for viticulture, and wine production in Veneto predates the Romans by several hundred years.
