WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
Sant'Antimo is a blend of equal parts Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, all of which were hand harvested in late September/early October and is vinified in steel tanks. This is a light to medium bodied red that has aromas of red cherries and spice. On the palate the tannins are fine, and it has an approachable, fresh finish. Pair with a sausage risotto with rich creaminess or braised beef.
