Domaine Serol Turbullent - Loire Valley, France $37.95
The wine undergoes an ancestral method, the oldest method of sparkling wine. Instead of two fermentations, there is only one, resulting in a dry sparkling with lower alcohol. You'll enjoy the delicious flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and red plum. Perfect as an aperitif with appetizers or palate cleanser between dinner and dessert.

The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté has a delightful, slightly nutty, fumé bouquet that blossoms in the glass.
