This is an organic slightly sparkling wine with aromas of ripe apples and fresh citrus. The
palate is fruity and fresh with notes of golden apples and white florals. Perfect to make mimosas with or to be paired with appetizers or sushi.
Villa des Anges Rosé 2024- Languedoc, France $21.95
One of our most loved pink wines needs almost no introduction! This new vintage from Jeff Carrel is made of 100% Cinsault from southern France showcasing bright berry fruits, refreshing citrus and hints of summer flowers. Dry, clean and crisp, this is a delicious option for anything from a simple glass to a summery meal.
Lafond Tavel 2023- Rhone Valley, France $34.95
Explore a range of playful aromas, from red and white fruits to flowery scents. As time passes, these fruity notes transform into a mellower blend, highlighted by spicy accents and
touches of stone fruits. The colour adds an iridescent touch with hints of amber.

Holy Snail Sauvignon Blanc 2024-Loire valley, France $24.95
Sauvignon Blanc is Theirry's favourite grape to grow and vinify. The care he puts towards his Sauvignon Blanc grapes, shows through in this glass. After fermentation the grapes see
some fine lees ageing which adds some richness and elegance to the wine. This aromatic wine sings of notes of gooseberry, grapefruit, Asian pear and lime. Enjoy on its own or with shellfish.
Chateau Cedre Blandine Blanc 2023- Cahors, France $21.95
This off-dry blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc comes from low yielding vines located in the beautiful South of France. With flavours of citrus and white flower the approachability of this wine will be sure to astound you.
Spinning Top Pinot Noir 2021- Marlborough, New Zealand $29.95
This blend includes elements from Upper Wairau Valley (42%), Rapaura (17%), Dillons Point (11%), and Awatere Valley (11%). The wine reveals a palate of dried herbs, a hint of
black pepper, and graphite, all with a chewy texture. Long, very fine grain, slightly dusty tannins provide balance.
Chateau Belle Coline 2019- Bordeaux, France $33.95
This Bordeaux blend is primarily composed of Merlot with roughly 9% Malbec in the mix. The 2019 vintage has aromas of cassis, blackberry and light floral notes of violet. On the
palate this is a fresh, medium bodied red with velvety tannins and notes of licorice, crushed berries and a peppery finish. Pair with lamb chops or a mushroom risotto.
Bouland Cote De Brouilly Cuvee Melanie 2024-Beaujolais, France $51.95
This powerful, delicious wine is one that you will want to hold on to. If you aren't feeling that patient, no problem after some decanting this wine will show beautifully. Aromas of
