WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Sourced from biodynamic vineyards in Gumpoldskirchen and Langenlois, this cool-climate Pinot Noir is a pure expression of place. Fermented with native yeasts and 100% whole bunch, then aged in oak and stainless steel with minimal intervention, it offers aromas of wild herbs, forest floor and moss alongside juicy raspberry and cherry fruit. Medium-bodied and finely textured, with elegant tannins and a stony, saline finish, it showcases the purity and finesse of Austrian Pinot Noir.

Founded by Fred Loimer, this pioneering Kamptal winery combines a modern, minimalist approach with deep respect for tradition. Built above 150-year-old hand-dug cellars, the striking black cube winery reflects Loimer’s commitment to sustainability and biodynamic farming. Inspired by Burgundy’s philosophy of terroir-driven winemaking, the estate produces elegant, precise wines through spontaneous fermentation with minimal intervention.

A region often overlooked by consumers but a Swiss Army Knife for Sommeliers. Austria's two great varietals are Rielsing and Gruner Veltliner. Typically produced in a bone dry style with great structure and minerality. These wines can be used like finishing salt for the most complex and difficult to pair dishes.
