Sogas Mascaro Cava Brut NV-, Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain $24.95
This crips cava features aromas of fresh citrus, pear and slight white floral notes. On the palate, the fine lees aging adds structure to the sparkling as well as hints of toasted bread and almonds. This cava is beautifully integrated and a refreshing sip. Pair with shellfish or cured meats – embrace the Mediterranean diet!
Krieger Rosé 2024- Pfalz, Germany $29.95
Made from 100% Spätburgunder grapes. Deliciously fresh aperitif or as an accompaniment your favourite casual dishes. Aromatics of spring strawberries, melon and magnolia blossom. Low alcohol makes it a great option for a picnic lunch or brunch wine. This versatile rosé is great with dishes from French Toast to pulled pork tacos.
Domaine Colette Blanc 2023- Beaujolais, France $34.95
Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine has a harmonious balance of delicate flavours. Notes of floral, honeysuckle, and lime tree mingle together, leading to a refreshing finish of ripe citrus. Try it with prawns with beurre blanc.
Cartuxa Geno Branco 2023- Alentejo,Portugal $21.95

Celler Masroig Bocinets White 2024 Catalonia, Spain $23.95
A bright, dry white from Celler Masroig (DO Montsant), made primarily from Garnacha Blanca with some Macabeo. It offers a fresh, straw-yellow colour, with aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus peel, and delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate it’s lively and well-balanced, with a mineral edge and very low residual sugar. Try it with grilled seafood, tapas, mild goat cheese, or simple Mediterranean salads.
Pelassa Marios Rosso 2022- Piemonte, Italy $27.95
This luscious Rosso comes to us from the Piedmont region in Northern Italy. A delightful blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Barbera gives us a ruby red wine with a bouquet of fragrant cherry, red currant and apricot. A classic Bordeaux blend, this wine is comprised of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose there are plush aromas of cherry, blackberries and elegant notes of roasted vanilla. On the palate it tends to be rounded (not overly tannic or harsh), with pleasant structure but not intimidating. There’s a nice balance of fruit and freshness, with a soft finish. A blend of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional. A delightful balance of bold and refreshing with notes of mixed berries and black cherries and licorice. Firm tannins and a long finish. Enjoy white bean and beef stew.
Finca Rio Negreo Nuevas Tierras Red 2018- Castile-La Mancha, Spain $26.95 This is a blend of 50% Tempranillo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah and 10% Merlot. It has been aged for 10 months in barrel. This red contains aromas of rich dark fruit including blackberries, and a well engrained smokey oak. This is a full bodied wine with silky tannins and plush dark fruit characteristics on the palate. Pair with beef stew, charcuterie or stuffed bell peppers.
