This rose is amde form 100% Sangiovese and on the nose is highly aromatic with notes of strawberry, tart cherries and light notes of white pepper and flint. On the palate it is crisp, dry and has a fine mineral finish. This is a stunning rose to share outdoors with a meal. Pair with ceviche, fresh spring rolls and great company.

The Mitolo family arrived to Australia in the 1950's from Italy and maintained their viticulturist ancestry initially as gardeners. In 1999 the dreams for a winery took place, with the hopes of demonstrating the best expression wines from the McLaren vale could offer.

McLaren Valley, in the largest producing wine region of Southern Australia, is known for its diverse soil types with concentrated flavours and strong tannins.
