WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

This Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple in color with a medium-full body that is well balanced and approachable. Silky smooth tannins balance the black cherry, juicy plum, and subtle oak characteristics. There is a freshness to the finish due to winemaking decisions like cold soaking and stainless steel fermentation. This wine sees some new French oak providing a nice softness to the overall feel.

The Krutz Family started making wine in 2003, this was originally a passion project that was only meant to supply enough wine for close family and friends. Soon the demand grew and they increased their production to where they are now. Family run and operated by the Krutz brothers in California. They pay homage to their home state of Missisippi with their Magnolia line; Magnolia's being the state flower.

Santa Lucia Highlands is south of the Bay area. The breezes from the pacific keep the vine canopy in check while cooling the grapes and promoting growth of cool climate varietals.
