It’s known for a chalky minerality that is very present in the wine. This is a sublime offering of Pinot Blanc with notes of juicy red apple, pear, and nutmeg. It has a lovely viscosity balanced with an assertive backbone of acidity. This is on the fresher side of natural wines and is fantastic to pair with spicy dishes, seafood, and salads.
